How to submit a job request to the quorumsystems helpdesk

either use the login area on the top right hand side of www.quorumsystems.com.au or go to https://helpdesk.quorumsystems.com.au
Once logged into the helpdesk system click on "Submit a Request" located on the left hand side menu.

Note: Whilst filling out the job request form please note down a detailed message including the location where the problem exist. To help us better serve you and get your systems up and running as soon as possible please also include a screenshot of the error if applicable

To take a screenshot please use the following steps

  1. To take a screenshot of the entire screen, press the "Print Screen" (it could be labeled "PrtScn" or "PrtScrn") button on your keyboard. It can be found near the top, to the right of all the "F(x)" keys (x = 1, 2, 3, etc) and often in line with the arrow keys.
  2. To view this screen-shot for further use, use Paint or some other graphics program. When you are in Paint at a blank page click on "Edit" and then click on "Paste" and your screen shot will appear on the blank page.
  3. To save, just go through the usual steps for saving a picture or graphics item (for example, click File, then Save As or Save.)

Once this form has submitted a confirmation will be sent to you with a ID number. This number is important and will be used to reference job status and progress


How to track a job

Once logged into the helpdesk system the first screen will display all jobs that are currently open.

The ID number corresponding to the job request will be a clickable link. This will navigate to a more detailed page showing the history and progress of this job.

Also in this page your able to add information to the same job without having to recreate a new job. This step can be carried out by clicking on the "Add Information" link on the left hand menu.
